Personal Training & Fitness Evaluations

Fitness assessments will include body fat testing with calipers, strength, endurance & flexibility testing.  Personal training & testing will be available by appointment only. Call
us at 937-387-0660 to get started & for pricing information. Find out now where you stand
as far as percentage of body fat, weight, strength, endurance, flexibility, training
heart rate & blood pressure.

With Personal Training at The Studio Fitness, you can expect personal service in an exclusive training area - not an open gym or facility. You can expect clean, plush towels and a water bottle with every workout.

Personal Training may be scheduled with the following certified TSF Instructors:  Doug, Lynn B, Gina, Lisa, Heather T and Julie

$30 a session (30 minutes)
$45 a session (1 hour)
Buy *10 at $40 a session
Train with one friend, $75 per couple

Basic Body Composition Test: $20
NEW PRICE Full Fitness Evaluation: $45

*Please Note that Personal Training packages expire in six months from purchase.  Please give 12 hours notice if a scheduled PT session needs to be cancelled or forfeit that session.

Meet Doug

* ZES, Zumba Education Specialist
* Mr. Dayton Bodybuilding Championship 1991, First Place
* Mr. Ohio 1991, 1st runner-up

Doug is also a First Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and was 1st runner-up in the National Junior Olympics. He competed in Tae Kwon Do throughout the Midwest, placing in every competition and ranking first place in numerous competitions.

I’m a 40-something mother of two teenagers who has spent the greatest majority of my life believing that “exercise” was a four-letter word. And “organized exercise” – classes where groups of people look like they are actually having fun while getting in shape – unfortunately, that’s not really for me, either. I’m not anti-social. . .just on the shy side and I don’t always feel very comfortable in group settings. Especially when it comes to something that I lack confidence in, like having the coordination and strength for certain exercise activities. . .that is why I absolutely LOVE my Personal Training sessions with Doug.
